Important Dates and Policies

Payment Information

Registration fees are payable at time of registration.  Please make checks payable to Summit Business Media and include the name(s) of the attendee(s) on the face of the check. We also accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Registration fees include all breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, receptions and conference materials. Full Payment must be received 14 days prior to the event to ensure your seat at the event.

If you are paying by credit card, please note the charge will appear on your credit card statement as Summit Business Media.

PLEASE NOTE:  Your registration will not be confirmed until we receive your payment in full. 

Federal Tax ID # 31-0388770; all payments must be made in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank.

Substitutions and Cancellations

Substitutions may be sent at any time. All cancellations must be received in writing at least 21 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund or letter of credit. All refunds are subject to a $250 administration fee. No refunds or letters of credit will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the start of the event. Simply send an email to nucoevents@nuco.com or call 800.831.8333. Be sure to provide your confirmation number and first and last name, exactly as it was entered when registering.

If you discover an error in your registration charges, adjustments need to be resolved within 30 days after the last day of the event. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of any adjustment due to you or your organization.

In the unlikely event that the conference would be cancelled, the total registration fee will be refunded.  However, Summit Business Media will not be responsible for any travel, hotel accommodations or other costs incurred.

Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics.  As such, Summit Business Media reserves the right to alter or modify speakers and/or topics.

Registration Confirmation

When registering online, please be sure to provide us with an accurate email address. Registration confirmation and program updates will be communicated through email. 

You should receive an email confirmation immediately following your submission. If you don’t receive one, please give us a call at 800.831.8333 and we’ll send it immediately upon request.  Confirm your registration information immediately upon receipt. 

Special Needs

We’ve made sure the facility we are in has total accessibility, and we will do whatever is needed to make attending the Conference as convenient as possible for all attendees. If you have a special need, please let us know on when registering. We will contact you before the Conference to make arrangements, if necessary.
